Here was a great place to stay with a highly accessible location. The hotel is situated in a picturesque area and conveniently located between two metro stations. The staff here provided fantastic service, with everyone from the reception desk attendants to the concierge and front house attendants being very kind, helpful and hospitable. Furthermore, this place offers a host of facilities and amenities that cater to various needs, including leisure facilities like the spa, sauna, heated swimming pool. The room amenities like air conditioning, in-room safe, and electric kettle were also impressive.

This is an excellent hotel for families as well as solo travellers.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza in Deira for a week-long vacation. The hotel provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was firm yet soft, with a large mattress that ensured a good night's sleep. There was an abundance of storage space, including seven large drawers and ample closet space for all my clothes. The wifi throughout the property was strong, allowing me to stay connected at all times. The breakfast options were amazing, with a variety of Indian, continental, and Arabic dishes to choose from. The service was excellent, with the housekeeping staff always responding quickly to any requests. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short stroll from the green metro stop and close to the vibrant souks and the Creek. A special mention to Salah, the reception manager, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, allowing a late checkout and swiftly resolving a billing issue. Although the rooftop pool area was nothing extraordinary, it provided a pleasant space to relax and soak up the sun.

Comfortable and clean rooms, exceptional staff, delicious food at the Spice restaurant. The breakfast buffet was lavish and the swimming pool was enjoyable.

One drawback was the noise from adjacent rooms and the higher dinner prices. However, overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, making me feel well taken care of during my stay. The breakfast was included and had a good selection, with an egg making station and even local alcoholic drinks available. this hotel provided great value for money and attention to detail.

I had a fantastic three-night stay at Crowne Plaza in Dubai. The location was perfect for sightseeing, with a short 15-minute walk to the Metro station. From there, it was easy to explore all that Dubai has to offer. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and recently refurbished, providing excellent accommodation for my trip.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as occasional delays in room servicing and some outdated TV channels, they did not significantly impact my overall experience.
