What an amazing way to start the year! the hotel was an experience that exceeded our expectations by far. Upon arrival, they welcomed us with a glass of champagne, which was the perfect touch after a long journey. we could not believe how comfortable the bed was! the location of the hotel was perfect, as we could walk to the center of town and enjoy some local food and drinks. the staff was incredibly helpful, making our stay indulgent and luxurious.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but there were a couple of downsides. we were not informed ahead of buying tickets for the mineral spa trip that we needed to bring towels along.

It would have been helpful if the hotel had provided clearer instructions regarding entry tickets to the mineral spa. Guests were not informed about the need to bring towels or the requirement for an additional ticket to access the spa section.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome, complete with a refreshing glass of champagne. It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of hiking.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
