We loved the location of the hotel, as it was close to all the tourist spots and the bustling food markets and shops. The hotel had a nice vibe and the common areas were lovely. Our room was cozy with a comfortable bed, and the stable internet was a plus. The hotel also surprised us with a free bottle of wine at the bar, which made our engagement even more special.

The breakfast at this hotel was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious Middle Eastern dishes to sample. The location of the hotel was also fantastic - it was right next to an ultra-Orthodox neighborhood and just a short walk from Jaffa Street, which was filled with shops and the rail line. This made it really convenient to explore both the old city of Jerusalem and other parts of the city. the room itself was quiet and comfortable, with a high ceiling and a cozy bed.

One thing I didn't like about my stay was the lack of cleanliness in the room. The housekeeping staff didn't do a good job of wiping down surfaces, and there were even dirty glasses left behind.

The Villa Brown Jerusalem is a beautiful boutique hotel with a peaceful terrace, jacuzzi, and superb view. The upgraded room was absolutely lovely with a high ceiling and comfortable bed. The staff is adorable and very helpful. The breakfast/brunch is delicious, served by the capable waiter Mohammed with a variety of Middle Eastern dishes. The location is convenient, close to shops, rail line, and popular destinations.

Just got back from Villa Brown and it was a hidden gem that made the trip worthwhile. After long days exploring the city, coming back to this cozy and welcoming place just 10 min walking distance from Damascus Gate was the best deal in town. The staff were friendly and attentive, the breakfast was superb with a great variety of options, and the location was perfect for walking to the old city and the main high street. The bed and mattress were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The breakfast is delicious, with stylish presentation. guests can enjoy a unique experience at the underground cocktail bar. the hotel provides a convenient location and great amenities, making it a fantastic choice for exploring the city.

One downside mentioned by guests was the lack of storage space in the rooms, which made it difficult to organize personal belongings.

Despite facing a busy main street, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. the staff were incredibly nice and helpful, and the breakfast was top-notch. the charm and atmosphere of the hotel were one-of-a-kind, and the spacious and comfortable rooms made our stay even more enjoyable. We were there for five days and couldn't find anything to criticize!
