Great location in the Swiss Alps with easy access to hiking trails and waterfalls. the staff was very helpful and accommodating. the food was delicious and locally sourced, a real treat for foodies.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovations. the hallways were confusing and it was hard to navigate around the hotel.
