The location was perfect, with the tram station right outside that took us to the main station in just 5 minutes. The hotel facilities were great, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet.

Our stay at Hotel Krone Unterstrass was fantastic! The location couldn't have been better - right next to a tram stop and just a few stops away from the central station. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished with ample storage. We enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep as the hotel was very quiet. The breakfast offered a diverse selection of fresh ingredients. The electric blinds, good lighting, and proper air conditioning were wonderful additions. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel's location near a tram stop made it incredibly easy to travel in and out of the city. Additionally, the hotel is within a reasonable walking distance to the train station. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to assist guests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with fluffy pillows and excellent housekeeping. The highlight, however, was the spectacular view from the fifth-floor balcony, offering a stunning view of the Zurich skyline. The room itself was spacious, with plenty of closet space and a secure safe for valuables. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, and the selection of shower gel, conditioner, and lotion was lovely. Despite the hotel's proximity to a tram and a busy street, the room was very quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. The hotel's breakfast, served in the restaurant facing the street, was excellent. A screen in the foyer provided updated tram times, making transportation even more convenient. The welcoming message in the room, complete with a weather forecast, was a thoughtful touch.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with two large windows offering a great view of the surroundings. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the knowledgeable front desk staff provided us with interesting city information that piqued our interest to explore more of Switzerland in the future.

The hotel was modern and clean with comfortable rooms. the staff were accommodating and the location was close to the city center. the breakfast buffet provided a great start to the day.

The front desk could improve on wake-up call programming, and construction noise during the day was bothersome. Additionally, the kitchenette lacked essential utensils and the room was not fully stocked with crockery and cutlery.

The staff, especially Chris at the reception, were polite and welcoming. The room was spacious with a stunning view from the balcony. It was clean, quiet, and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was excellent and the updated tram timings in the lobby were helpful. a fantastic experience with helpful staff and great facilities.

The breakfast was amazing with over 100 quality choices. Despite some issues with the bathroom light, Isabelle from the staff was very helpful and provided us with a fan for the room. Great value and location close to the city center. I highly recommend this hotel.
