We had a fantastic stay at this brand new hotel. the room design was modern and practical, with a shower behind a glass wall and a movable door. the bathroom was bright and the shampoo and shower gel provided in large bottles mounted on the shower wall were a nice touch. the location was perfect for us, as it was in close proximity to Harvard Business School and MIT in Cambridge. the hotel staff were welcoming and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. there were plenty of restaurants, chain stores, and other amenities nearby.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Watertown. I'm a returning customer and have always been a fan of this hotel. the location was perfect, and I especially loved the design of the hotel. It was easy for me to get to St Elizabeth's Hospital from here, which was the main reason for my stay. the breakfast buffet was excellent, and they even offered a convenient bagged breakfast to go. the staff, including Crystal, who checked me in and out, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. the room itself was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. the bathroom was immaculate, and the toiletries provided were a nice touch. it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend staying at Hampton Inn & Suites.

We loved exploring the scenic Charles River Bike Path, which was less than a mile away. It was a wonderful spot to go for a family bike ride or take a leisurely stroll. The path offered breathtaking views of the river and surrounding nature. It was the perfect way to spend quality time with our kids and enjoy the outdoors.

In my wife's opinion, the only thing that could have made our stay even better for families with children is if the hotel had an outdoor playground. My kids wished they had a place to run around and play outside after a long day of exploring.

The room was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space for all of us. the location was perfect, with restaurants, stores, and even Ben n Jerry's within easy walking distance. We also felt safe with security around while walking. Plus, the breakfast selection was great, constantly refreshed by the friendly staff. the hotel's easy access made it convenient for us to explore the area and maintain safe distancing.

Although our stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a few downsides. we noticed inconsistencies in the information provided to guests.
