The owner and staff were exceptional, from the car driver to the waitresses in the restaurant. Their passion and dedication to their work were evident in every interaction. The food in the restaurant was delicious, with a great selection for both à la carte and complex dinners. The waitresses were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast spread offered high-quality products. The highlight of the hotel was the spa area, which was wonderfully relaxing. It even had a terrace with a breathtaking mountain view. Additionally, there were plenty of hiking opportunities in the surrounding area. I highly recommend Aktiv Hotel & Spa Hannigalp for a wonderful stay in Grächen.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a quiet mountain village. The spa facilities were amazing and offered a great way to relax after a long day of hiking. The breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety of options. The view of the mountains from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. The staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the modern wellness facilities, perfect for relaxation after a day of hiking in the beautiful mountain area. The rooms were small and outdated, which made it difficult to move around. The bathroom was also not well equipped, and there was no hot water available some nights.

The hotel is conveniently located close to public transport, making it easy to explore the surrounding trails and attractions. the hotel provides a small electric taxi service, making it a breeze to get to the main square of the city. The rooms are comfortable and clean, offering beautiful views of the mountains. The staff are friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. Plus, the delicious breakfast and spa facilities add to the overall enjoyable experience.

The soundproofing in the rooms could be improved, as noise from adjacent rooms and outside can be heard.
