The room size was nice, delicious continental breakfast with a chef making eggs, fresh and hot coffee and food, accommodating staff, brand new play pen for our baby.

This hotel was a great find! the location is fantastic, right next to a great downtown area with shops and restaurants. It made exploring the area so convenient. Secondly, the staff were exceptional, always friendly and helpful. They really made us feel welcome. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with full kitchens and even a sofa bed in the master bedroom. It was like having a home away from home!

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic. No complaints here!

We loved our stay at Hyatt House Pleasant Hill! The mini kitchen was a great convenience and the beds were incredibly comfy. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The rooms felt like small apartments with full-size kitchens, and the breakfast provided was delicious. We also appreciated the reasonable rates. a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We stumbled upon this gem during our trip and it turned out to be the highlight of our stay. The location is picturesque and the surrounding area is inviting with great shopping and dining options. The staff, particularly the receptionist of Bulgarian origin and the Filipino guy, were incredible. The service was top-notch and the hotel itself was beautiful and peaceful. It was a truly wonderful experience and we hope to visit again in the future. Thanks from the heart.

I recently stayed at Hyatt House in Pleasant Hill for 5 days with my family. The staff was incredibly helpful when they couldn't find my reservation and went above and beyond to accommodate us in a suite. We loved the variety of breakfast options, the comfortable accommodation, and the convenience of having a kitchen to store and reheat food. The hotel's location near restaurants and a shopping center was a bonus, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. our stay was excellent and we appreciated the exceptional customer service and comfortable rooms.

Offers many amenities for a very affordable price.

The hotel offered complementary breakfast and self-laundry services which were very convenient. the location was great, close to many shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the pool area.

Our room was not ready at check-in time and we had to wait. the beds were uncomfortable with springs poking through.

I loved staying at this place! The location is just perfect, with everything you might need in the area. My recent stay at Hyatt House was great. The location of the hotel was convenient and the place itself was nice and clean. The room had a modern design and it was equipped with almost everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the carpet was clean. I also appreciated having a nice kitchen and two bathrooms in our two-room setup. The breakfast provided some healthy options, which was a pleasant surprise.
