The hotel's sister property with a pool and amenities was a great bonus. The rooms were awesome and the breakfast was delicious.

I recently stayed at the Monte Rosa Boutique in a charming Zermatt hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even arranging a dog sitter for my furry friend. Our suite was spacious and cozy, and we enjoyed the spa facilities at the sister hotel. The bar had a great local Merlot and delicious tartare. Breakfast had a nice selection with high-quality bread. The battery-powered vehicle for transportation was a thoughtful touch.

During my Easter holiday, I stayed in a hotel that offered many luxurious amenities such as well-appointed rooms and lavish breakfast options. the hotel was situated in an ideal location - in the heart of the town center and just a short walk to restaurants and shopping outlets. I also appreciated the electric taxi service that was available for transport around the area.

I must say that the prices at this hotel were exorbitant and not proportionate to the value that was offered. the staff seemed to be detached and uninterested in providing personalized service.

I had the best stay ever! The staff here are perfect - kind, open to any wishes, and make you feel very much at home. They upgraded my room and even gave me a welcome gift. In the evening, my room was prepared for sleeping with a warm pack in the bed linen. In the afternoon, there was a lovely tea time with sweets and tea/coffee, perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing. The hotel is also centrally located, right on the main shopping street, making it easy to explore the area.
