We also loved the convenient location right in the city centre, with a nice view. Transportation was easily accessible, with parking options nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was absolutely delicious, with a wide range of options, including vegetarian choices. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in this city.

Nothing not to love.

We absolutely loved this trendy hotel in the heart of the city center. The location was perfect, right on the main street, and close to the vibrant shopping district. The bedrooms were clean, cozy and quiet, and the staff was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast which had a variety of food items, accommodating everyone's dietary preferences. The bar with an open terrace was one of our favorite spots, and we appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.

The only downside, however, was the difficulty finding the hotel as it was located inside a mall, which made it a bit bothersome to walk around with bigger luggage.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location couldn't have been better - right beside a night club on the rooftop, and right next to the Old Town. We were in the center of everything, with easy access to the central station, lake, and nice shops and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even gave us a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with great amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a sitting area. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the free toiletries and flat-screen TV added to the overall convenience and luxury of the room. We also loved the dining bar/lounge area, where we could relax and enjoy a snack or drink. The staff's attentiveness and willingness to accommodate any request made us feel truly pampered. The free Wi-Fi and luggage storage were also a bonus, allowing us to stay connected and explore the city with ease.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. the location was absolutely perfect. It was close to the train station, the shopping district, and all of Geneva's best attractions. We were able to explore the city easily and without any hassle.

This place is ideal, just a short walk from Old Town which has some lovely bars and restaurants as well as the Cathedral which is a brilliant tourist location. The location here is beautiful and full of character, with all the balconies and plants. It's right in the heart of the city, right beside major shopping boutiques. The decor is lovely, with a clean and fresh smell throughout the hotel. The staff here are very friendly and professional, with a big shout out to Alejandra in reception who helped us to find some of the best sites in Geneva.

The service here was a little hands off. They assumed we knew everything and due to the pre-check in, we were told nothing when we checked in.

My recent business trip was made much more enjoyable by the excellent complimentary travel pass and luggage storage offered by the hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to both the old town and the riverside. The rooms may be on the smaller side but they are well equipped and kept sparkling clean.

The signage to the hotel was not clear and I had trouble finding it, even with the help of locals. Once I arrived, there was some confusion about my room number, which made the check-in process longer than necessary.
