The bed was comfortable with good support. The room was modern, clean, and had a small balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to meet my needs. The location in the middle of the town was perfect.

Lovely friendly staff, always ready to help with a smile. the room was clean and comfortable, with ample toiletries. the continental breakfast was delicious but a bit pricey. the hotel has a great location, close to the train station and not too far from the lake.

It would be nice to have coffee and tea facilities in the room, as it's a hassle to get dressed and go down to the lobby for a cup in the mornings. it would be better if all guests were automatically given a bus ticket to use for free, as the uphill walk to the hotel can be quite difficult with luggage.

The location of the hotel was great as it was in close proximity to most of the famous spots, which meant we could explore the city with ease. the staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful, always providing us with excellent recommendations on where to go and what to do. the complimentary toiletries were of good quality and the bed was very comfortable, providing us with a good night's sleep.

The hotel left a lot to be desired. the cleaning staff forgot to clean our room a couple of times and the bathroom was far too small and cramped.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre, making it easy to explore the lively waterfront and the quiet streets of the old town. Guests can take a leisurely walk to the lake front to enjoy the beautiful views. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with tasteful decor and a unique charm. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is delicious with a great selection of food.

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The location was also fantastic, with just a short walk to the lakeside bars and restaurants. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Tralala Hotel for a short stay.

We had a wonderful stay at a music-themed hotel in Montreux. The atmosphere was fantastic, with captivating photos of Claude Nobs and the Montreux Music Festival. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the downtown Casino area through charming old streets, offering breathtaking views of the mountains by Lake Geneva. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome upon check-in. Although situated on a hill, we enjoyed the unique experience of exploring the town and witnessing the local life on our bus ride to the hotel. we appreciated the opportunity to immerse ourselves in Montreux beyond the tourist hotspots.

This hotel is a gem. It's situated at the top of a very steep hill, but it's definitely worth the climb for its great location not far from the train station. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and always went the extra mile to make sure my stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean, modern, and had all the essentials I needed, including a nice bath tub to soak in after a long day of exploring. Breakfast had enough options to choose from, and it was great that it was included in the price.

I had a fantastic stay here! The hotel was impressively clean and the pillows were soft and comfortable. The bed was just perfect for a good night's sleep. The hot water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the views of the lake from the church grounds up the road were absolutely amazing. I loved the quaint old town surroundings, and there was a fantastic little tearoom just a few meters away where I could enjoy fresh croissants, quiches, and cakes. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
