Our room had just been refurbished and it was very nice, except for a minor issue with the sink plug. The view onto the Main Street was pleasant and the breakfast was excellent. The young waiting staff were attentive and friendly. The location of the hotel is unbeatable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of town with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was lovely. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, especially the receptionist who was very friendly and helpful. I was even pleasantly surprised to find a welcome drink waiting for me in the room. The hotel also had great amenities, including room service and a spa & wellness centre. I couldn't fault this place!

Nice choice of breakfast cereals, fresh fruit, and pastries. the shower was fantastic and the bathroom was magnificent.

There was no air conditioning in the room during the heatwave, which made it difficult to sleep at night. It was also noisy due to a wedding and the hotel staff did not handle the situation well.

I recently had a wonderful stay in a centrally located hotel in the Lake District. The hotel is right on the main pedestrian area, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding shops and restaurants. The room was spotless and the bathroom was bright and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options to suit every taste. Additionally, the conservatory provided a lovely spot to relax and enjoy a drink.

The view from some rooms overlooked a large wall, which was a bit disappointing.

the best location in keswick, right in the centre. superb customer service, friendly staff, and nicely furnished comfortable rooms. the breakfast was fantastic, and the hotel is just a short walk from george fisher where you can rent hiking boots. merienda restaurant opposite has delicious fusion cuisine.

The room was comfortable and clean, with a good-sized bed. The staff, especially Neels and Issy, provided great service. The hotel's central location in the middle of town was convenient. The breakfasts were tasty and the dinner we had at the hotel was really nice. The staff made us feel welcome and catered to our needs.

The fans provided in the room were inadequate, especially during the hot weather.

Noisy nights due to warmth and open windows.

The rooms were immaculate and spacious, with comfortable beds. The hotel facilities were great, especially the luxuriously large bathroom with a wonderful bath. The staff were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They were particularly sensitive and understanding when we had to cut our stay short due to a family emergency. The location of the hotel was perfect, with lots of great bars and restaurants close by. The discounted convenient parking in the public car park just behind the hotel was a bonus.
