Great social corner on level 2 for friends to chill out and chat, with free cup noodles for supper. Helpful staff went above expectations, finding us a carton box and bubble wrap for our whiskey. Laundry room is good, with staff assisting with the dryer. Perfect location in Ximending.

We loved the retro concept and design of the accommodation at Cho! The hotel card presentation was unique and memorable, and the social space with free flow of instant noodles, snacks, and beverages was a great perk. The room was clean and spacious, and having a washing machine available for free was a bonus. The location, just a short walk from Ximen station, was very convenient. we had a great stay at Cho Hotel!

The staff is friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service. Additionally, there is a 24-hour complimentary pantry with drinks and snacks, as well as free laundry facilities.

The rooms can be a bit small, with limited space to move around once luggage is opened.

The hotel was conveniently located near major attractions and transportation options. the staff were friendly and provided detailed explanations of their facilities upon check-in. I enjoyed the puzzle sticks in the lift and public areas, and the postcard mailing practice was a nice touch.

The pillow was too soft and did not provide enough support for a comfortable sleep. we were surprised by the hidden fee for a stained bedsheet that the hotel staff claimed was caused by us, even though we saw no evidence of the stain.

This hotel is definitely value for money! The staff are super friendly and ensure that all your basic amenities are met. Located in the bustling area of Ximendeng, you won't need to worry about finding food or entertainment. The room was cozy with a nice bathroom and great view. Plus, the breakfast was amazing!
