The value for money at Cosmos Hotel was great, with a well-lighted and comfortable room. The location was excellent, right above the main train station, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Hotel breakfast could have had more variety.

During my recent stay at Cosmos Hotel Taipei, the location was absolutely unbeatable. I loved how accessible it was to Taipei Main Station and the surrounding shops, eateries, bakeries, and cafes. Plus, the Burger Lab on the ground floor served the most delicious burgers. The spacious and comfortable family room with two double beds and a bathtub was perfect for my stay. The service from check-in to concierge to check-out was excellent. With 3 lifts available, there was never any waiting. I will definitely be returning when I visit Taipei again!

The air conditioning in the rooms can be too strong, making it difficult to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, right next to Taipei Main Railway Station and a shopping center. The staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel has a fitness room with a full rack of weights. There is also a good breakfast available.

Staying here was a great experience for me. The location of this venue is so convenient, with the railway station just beside it and two metro lines connecting out to the city from there. I also found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, from the manager to the four different receptionists I interacted with. The room amenities were all top quality with free Wi-Fi and a range of useful facilities like ironing, tea and coffee, a mini-bar, a fridge, electric kettle and televisions. I particularly enjoyed the sauna and massage facilities, and there were both on-site car parking and luggage storage available. The fitness centre is very well equipped and the bar/lounge area was extremely comfortable to relax in.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would recommend it to my family and friends.

I had an enjoyable city break with a comfortable stay, amazing food, and friendly service. the hotel offered two complementary coffee vouchers - it was a nice touch. the location was perfect, close to transportation stations and plenty of dining options. the buffet breakfast was delicious, with a variety of Chinese and western options. the staff were extremely helpful, always willing to assist with any queries we had.

Noise can be an issue. Although the overall stay was great, noise was sometimes an issue.

Excellent location next to Taipei's main transportation hub. Clean rooms with new facilities. Friendly and helpful staff who accommodate early check-in and hold luggage. Highly recommended for convenient travel in Taipei.

This hotel is conveniently located just steps away from the M3 metro exit, making it easy to explore the city. the staff at Cosmos Hotel Taipei provides good service and speaks English well. the rooms are clean with modern bathrooms, although the decor is a bit old-fashioned. the breakfast is great, with a wide variety of options including yakult, nutella, bee hoon soup, and freshly made omelets. the hotel is also close to Taipei Main Station and a 7-11 store.

For our recent trip to Taipei, we chose Cosmos Hotel due its excellent location near Taipei Main Station. We needed convenient access to the MRT, trains, and intercity buses. The 7-11 store was also nearby, making it easy for us to grab any essentials. The buffet breakfast had a good variety and quality of food. We were pleasantly surprised with our upgraded room and the great bathroom facilities. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond by remembering us even after a few nights stay.
