The hotel's location was great, situated near major roads and next to a Walmart and Bob Evans. It made it easy to get around and conveniently access amenities. The staff at this hotel were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. Their warm greetings and willingness to assist with suggestions and information about the area made our stay even better. Our room was large, clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was a welcoming space that felt more like a home rather than an hourly motel. The complimentary breakfast was good and offered plenty of choices to start the day.

While the breakfast was good, it could have been better. However, given the circumstances, the staff did their best and were working hard to ensure guest satisfaction.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Gaylord! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, making us wish all hotels were this way. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond in customer service. They even came to our table during breakfast and gave our kids fruit snacks that they loved. We were impressed with their attention to detail, like sorting out the soft apples for guests to have only crisp ones. The hotel's location was also very convenient, as it allowed us to easily access the X-way and explore all the attractions within walking distance in this city, especially during our college tour.

This hotel is all about value for money. With its reasonable prices and attention to detail, it's a great choice for a stay in northern Michigan. The location is superb, surrounded by numerous restaurants and big box type stores. Plus, being next to the shopping area and Ruby Tuesdays adds even more convenience. And let's not forget about the hotel's basic amenities, like rooms with a bathtub and showers with low closet rods. The good lighting and bedside lights make it easy to relax and unwind after a long day exploring the area. And of course, the breakfast served is included in the price, making mornings a breeze.

Convenient Location

I loved the location of this hotel! Just a short drive away from downtown and plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. Plus, having a Walmart nearby was a huge plus. I would recommend this hotel.

The rooms were nice and clean, and the beds were comfortable. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to golf courses and restaurants. It was also conveniently located right off the highway.

There were some issues during our stay. the alarm clock in our room went off early in the morning and we couldn't turn it off.

Our Easter stay was great! the hotel offered complimentary breakfast and wifi, which was a plus. the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the surrounding area. Our room was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the comfortable bed.

There were some downsides. the bathroom sink faucet was a bit awkwardly placed, and the shower didn't have a plastic liner, which led to water getting all over the floor.
