I had a surprisingly good stay at this hotel. The room on the 9th level was newly renovated and had all new furniture, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location in a less busy area was perfect for me, with friendly neighbors and delicious local food options nearby. The free Wi-Fi was reliable and there were no disruptions in the connection. I also appreciated the attention to detail with the electronic heating and air drying system in the toilet seats, providing a luxurious experience.

I wish there was more information available about the travel desk or tour services.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms at Emperor. The electronic heating and air drying system in the toilet seat added a touch of luxury. The view overlooking the park from our room was a beautiful sight. The central location of the hotel made it convenient for us to explore Taipei. Great value hotel in central Taipei! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to give directions to local attractions. The buffet breakfast was varied and tasty, offering a selection of local and international cuisine. The hotel is conveniently located close to public transportation and walking distance to local markets and shopping centers.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could have used some modern refurbishments. , the aircon was not as strong as we would have liked it to be, making the room feel a bit stuffy at times.
