The hotel's location close to a shopping center and various restaurants made dining out very convenient. Additionally, the hotel's amenities such as the outdoor swimming pool and fitness center added to the overall luxury of my stay. We stopped at this hotel during our road trip and it was perfect for us being located right next to the freeway. The staff were so nice and even upgraded our room to a very spacious suite. The shower was great and the bed was big and comfy. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options, and the coffee cups were a nice touch. We felt secure with a security guard checking on nearby trucks. it was a great experience and the best value hotel during our road trip!

I stayed at Hampton Inn in Fresno and got great value for my money. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities like a fridge and a microwave. The location was convenient with a shopping center and plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and available to help.

As women travelling alone, we appreciated the secure location near the freeway with a nearby shopping center and restaurants. The staff provided excellent customer service, including early check-in and a room upgrade. The spacious suite, comfortable bed, and great shower added to our enjoyable stay. it was a great value for our road trip.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Fresno for a quick overnight trip. The staff were excellent, the hotel was very clean and comfortable, and there was ample parking available. The location right off Route 99 was convenient and easy to access. I was especially impressed with the evening snacks and tasty breakfast options provided. Additionally, when I accidentally left a suitcase in the lobby, the manager promptly took it to UPS and I had it back the next day. Super service! I will definitely be staying at Hampton Inns again in the future.

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect for us as it was close to shopping outlets and some really good local restaurants. We also appreciated that this place was conveniently located near the northern Herndon area of Fresno. Despite the trucks passing all night, we were able to sleep comfortably in the quiet and spacious room. The free ​Wi-Fi in the room came in handy for us. It was also great that the hotel offered a laundry service and tours/ticket assistance. The staff was attentive and friendly, and we felt well taken care of.

Additionally, having a police officer on patrol added a sense of security, which I appreciated. The location was also convenient, with nearby shopping and amenities. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

We were able to easily access the highway and continue our journey. Additionally, there was a shopping area nearby with a variety of restaurants and stores, including a Target, which was very convenient for us.

The maintenance of the hotel could have been better. the sofa in our suite had noticeable stains and we didn't feel comfortable sitting on it.

Large and neat rooms with comfortable bedding. Convenient location right off the highway. Friendly and attentive check-in staff upgraded us for free. Available hot breakfast even with social distance measures. Kid-friendly King studio room was a plus for families.
