i had a fantastic stay at grand mayfull! the staff were super helpful, and the sauna, gym, and heated outdoor pool were amazing. our elite family room had everything we needed. plus, the hotel is just a short drive to taoyuan airport, making it super convenient. we loved the complimentary minibar that was refilled daily!

breakfast was an absolute tragedy, as I wasted my precious time fielding irrelevant questions from staff, instead of enjoying a proper meal. And don’t even get me started on their appalling table manners—clearing our table while we were still eating! To add insult to injury, they didn’t even offer any complimentary gesture for making me feel like just another regular guest.

The personalized drinks recommendation for my grandma was a delightful touch. The large, comfortable rooms and practical design made our family stay enjoyable despite minor connectivity issues with the Wi-Fi.

The staff were like total legends, always ready to help! The pool was super lekker and the gym was solid. Enjoyed the tasty brekkie spread and the free snacks in the room were a nice touch. Plenty to keep you entertained without having to leave the place.

Only downside was it felt a bit out of the way, so had to rely on Ubers to get around, which can be a drag sometimes.

The entrance is grand, like walking into a different world! The reception staff were top-notch, friendly, really made you feel welcome.

It was pricey, maybe not quite worth the tag they put on it.
