We also appreciated the perfect location in the area of the New Taipei City. The view from the top floors, swimming pool, and lounge was amazing.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was close to the MRT, shopping areas, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. The concierge staff were excellent and provided helpful recommendations for local shops and restaurants. Additionally, the breakfast offering was comprehensive and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

One drawback was that some of the staff at the reception and Level 3 restaurant were not very friendly. They lacked the warm and welcoming attitude that one would expect from a five-star hotel.
