The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The bathroom facilities are modern and impeccable, offering a luxurious experience. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, ensuring that all needs are met promptly and efficiently. Breakfast is a delightful experience, with a wide variety of options to choose from, rivaling other breakfast buffets in five-star hotels like Scribe or Raphael. The view from some rooms offers a breathtaking glimpse of the cityscape, adding to the overall charm of the hotel.

The gym facilities could be more diverse to cater to different fitness needs.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location, close to everything in a more "neighborhoody" area of the city. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, with spotlessly clean bathrooms. The staff provided great service, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the hotel had excellent gym facilities. The newly updated decor added a chic touch to the overall ambiance of the hotel. it was a wonderful experience.

Absolutely nothing.

The room was spacious and comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful. We received complimentary drinks and chocolates upon arrival. the hotel was located near popular attractions and shopping areas, making it convenient to explore the city.

The spa was out of order and this was not clearly communicated on the hotel website. We were directed to use a nearby hotel's spa, which was inconvenient and limited to one visit per day.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite, resolving any issues quickly and without extra charges. The location is perfect for sightseeing, with famous landmarks and the metro station within walking distance. The price to quality ratio is excellent, offering great value compared to surrounding hotels. The hotel and room decor are beautiful and the bed was comfortable.

During our stay at Majestic Hotel Spa - Champs Elysees, we were impressed by the friendly and attentive staff. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. The front desk and bell staff provided excellent service throughout our stay.

This hotel is a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities to meet all your needs. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was impressed by the attentive and friendly staff. the room was beautifully arranged with exquisite touches to make my stay comfortable. the spa centre provided a perfect escape to unwind and enjoy the relaxing sauna, steam room and massage service. the indoor heated swimming pool together with the sun loungers was an exclusive touch that I enjoyed thoroughly. the restaurant offered a delicious buffet breakfast with special diet menus. the location is perfect - close to all transport links but set in a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of the city center.

Although the service is exceptional, I did have a minor issue with the bar/lounge area that did not meet my expectations. the choice of drinks and atmosphere was not as lavish as the rest of the hotel.
