Attentive staff made my birthday unforgettable with thoughtful surprises. Excellent lounge access provided a delightful breakfast and happy hour, while the clean, spacious facilities down by the pool offered a fantastic way to unwind after a day.

The bathroom felt slightly outdated and the surrounding area was lacking in attractions, which could limit your options for entertainment outside the hotel. Still, it remains a solid option for a work trip.

The breakfast buffet featured a noodle bar with eight amazing soup options, a highlight of my mornings. Staff members were exceptionally attentive, making my stay feel personalized and welcoming.

Chur, loved the free mini-bar but the beds felt a bit like sleeping on rocks. Staff were top-notch though, so that made up for it!

I stayed in a Deluxe King Room for 3 nights. The room was super comfortable, with a king-sized bed and lots of pillows, which made sleeping a treat. It had nice touches like a Bluetooth speaker and a mini-bar stocked with free snacks. The bathroom was spacious, featuring a shower room that was really nice. My only bummer was the view, which was mostly a warehouse, but noise was never an issue. All the amenities worked well, and the AC kept the room cool. Definitely enjoyed my stay!
