Loved the self-service laundry and free drinks!

the room just felt damp, which is so disappointing. also, the loud door bang was like an alarm clock from hell. i half-expected a complimentary upgrade for my patience, but of course, that didn't happen. it’s as if they think all guests are the same—just not true. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

i stayed for 5 nights, and the lack of a full-length mirror and awkward hanger rod above the kettle was a huge letdown. Also, the smoke smell was disgusting. my throat hated it. to top it off, i expected a complimentary upgrade—what a joke. it’s hard to believe this hotel gets good reviews!

stayed here for a few nights and it was a great experience! free snacks and drinks all day are super handy. The self-serve laundry made my trip a breeze. the rooms are clean and comfy, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. i liked the location too, just a short walk to the main train station and surrounded by food shops. oh, and the espresso machine was a nice touch!

only downsides were that the room felt a bit cramped for my taste and there were times when the internet connection was spotty.

Loved the free flow drinks and the cozy snacks area. the space was perfect for relaxing! But the shower setup was a bit odd, all in all, a fantastic stay! Going back!

We stayed here with our kids and three dogs. The location is perfect, with lots of nearby restaurants and shops. The staff was attentive, and my kids loved the snack area, especially the ice cream. Plus, those big beds were fantastic for our family!
