I had a 20-hour layover and booked this hotel for some rest. The staff gave us a free upgrade to a spacious junior suite with a great view and 2 large screen TVs. They also stored our luggage while we were away. The hotel arranged for a driver to pick us up from the airport, holding a sign with our names. The staff were friendly and accommodating, from the receptionist to housekeeping. The restaurant had great food, and the coffee in the morning was fantastic. com!

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the beautiful views from the room and the friendly staff. the breakfast had a wide range of delicious food, including Indian and Middle Eastern options. Complimentary fire restaurant on the top floor was amazing, and the brownie is a must-try dessert. the hotel's location was great, with easy access to the city's heart.

Although my overall stay was pleasant, there were a couple of areas for improvement. the service for the room service menu was not up to par, with only restaurant menu items being available at higher prices.
