The food at The Gailes Hotel & Spa was absolutely fantastic. I had the Button Mushrooms, Chicken Tempura, and Pate for starters, and they were all delicious. For the main course, I had the Fish & Chips which were served with wedges. The Fajitas, Caesar salad, and Steak Pie were also top-notch. And the desserts, including the chocolate pudding, pavlova, and banana boat, were heavenly. The staff provided excellent service and always had a smile, making our celebration even more enjoyable. The relaxed atmosphere at the hotel is perfect for any occasion. I highly recommend the Gailes Hotel & Spa for its tasty food and friendly service.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The location was convenient. The restaurant served delicious food, especially the crispy salmon salad. The staff, including Frazier, April, and Allison, were friendly and helpful. The hotel catered well to dogs with water and sausages provided. Highly recommended for families and couples with pets.

My recent stay at The Gailes Hotel & Spa was truly enjoyable. The hotel itself was impeccable and exceeded my expectations. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with a warm ambiance that made me feel right at home. I particularly liked the fact that the TV was movable and the wifi had excellent reception. The spa was also a highlight, with its spacious and relaxing atmosphere.

In terms of drawbacks, I did experience a slight inconvenience with the check-in process. The staff could have provided more information, especially regarding the early closing time of the spa on Saturdays.
