The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, particularly the manager, who was always available on WhatsApp or phone. Vegan breakfast included in the room rate, with options like fresh juice, homemade chapatti, toast, fruit. Reasonably priced dinner for 10,000 Tsh. Quick laundry service available. Hot water in the shower without any issues. Comfortable rooms with a spacious balcony.

This hotel offers great value for money! The rooms are clean, with snug beds and a big balcony. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating, just like Veronica, the manager. She was very helpful and always quick to respond to my questions. The breakfast included in the price of the room was delicious, with fresh juice, homemade chapatti, and fresh fruit. The location is also convenient, close to the city center.

Looking for a place to stay during the new year? This hotel can offer you a good value for your money. the hotel rooms are clean, and the staff was very accommodating. We enjoyed the free breakfast and the location is great - just a short taxi ride away from the town center. the hotel provides free internet, perfect for catching up on emails and staying in touch with loved ones during the holiday season.

Our experience at this hotel was not perfect. One major downside was the lack of hot water in the shower.
