Bigger room with comfortable seating area. Teas provided in the room. Delicious dinner and impressed with the food. Good for family, friends, and buddies.

What a great Easter spent at this hotel! the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect as it was just a stone's throw away from the train station and a short walk from the main attractions. the rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds and seating areas, and the variety of tea provided was a nice touch. the food at the restaurant was also stellar and reasonably priced. Plus, being able to do laundry and buy souvenirs in the lobby made the stay even more convenient.

That the breakfast area doubled as the dinner area, and it was a bit unappetizing to see the hotplates covered in cloth during the evening meal. However, this was only a minor issue and didn't detract from the overall positive experience.

I also appreciated the fact that breakfast was included in the room rate, with a good variety of both Western and Japanese options. this hotel offered great value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful region.

Everything was absolutely great!

The best aspects of this hotel were its convenient location and friendly staff. It was super easy to find, just a short walk from the train station. They even held our luggage until check-in time. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and they made an effort to communicate in English. The rooms facing the tracks were larger and well-insulated, we didn't hear any train noise at all! Plus, the breakfast had a good variety of options, both western and Japanese.

The worst aspect of this hotel was the limited dining options nearby. The center of town was a bit of a walk, but taxis were available in front.
