I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the nearby shops and restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Ms. Mo at reception. She went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, from making reservations to organizing city tours. The room itself was amazing, with a breathtaking view of the city and river. It was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities I could ask for, including a mini-bar and a sitting area. The hotel also had a great rooftop pool with a view, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

I had a wonderful stay at a comfortable city hotel with a perfect view of the city. The beds were large and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was great with a lot of choices. The manager was helpful and we even received an upgrade. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. With its central location, it was easy to explore the city and enjoy the nearby attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the main shops and every conceivable restaurant. It is also not far from the airport, which is a great advantage. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for guests. Additionally, the staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs or inquiries.

The swimming pool on the rooftop could use some improvements. It would be ideal if they had lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as clearer water.

The hotel's location was perfect! It was close to the main shops and restaurants, making it very convenient for us to explore the city. the buffet breakfast was impressive with lots of options for people with food intolerances. Plus the comfort in the room was just what we needed to rest after a day full of adventures.

The communication with some of the staff was a bit challenging as their English was not very good, leading to some misunderstandings. it was uncomfortable that the hotel charged the credit card directly without waiting for us to settle the bill later, especially considering the difficulties of converting VND back to other currencies.

We stayed at the Mitisa Hotel and had a great experience. the location was perfect, within walking distance to Hans Market, Dragon Bridge, and the night market. We loved that it was quiet, with no noise from bars, clubs, or construction. Everything we needed, from restaurants to laundry to a spa, was just minutes away from the hotel. the room was clean and comfortable, with fluffy towels and daily morning room cleaning. the breakfast buffet was excellent, with a variety of options including a pho and egg station. the staff, from the front desk to the breakfast crew, exceeded our expectations. a great value for the price we paid.
