heart of zanzibar bungalows exceeded my expectations in paje. a welcoming and relaxed feel, lovely staff and unique touches make it special. perfect location near beach and shops, yet quiet. highly recommend, this was my third visit and i plan to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at the bungalows. The close proximity to the beach, swimming pool, and chill area with sun beds made it the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. The guy who manages the place was extremely friendly and made us feel right at home. While the rest of the staff didn't speak much English, they were still helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was decent and provided a satisfying start to our day. The overall atmosphere of the bungalows was welcoming and relaxed, making us feel like part of a family. The owner had clearly put a lot of effort into making the place unique and special. The location was also ideal, just a two-minute walk to the beach and shops, yet still quiet and remote. We have already been here three times and plan to return in the future. Highly recommended!
