the kids' water park was sometimes crowded. but the staff's hospitality really shone. we loved the morning breakfasts, especially with our favorite server, nubia. the entertainment team brought a fantastic energy to the pool area. loved the light show at night!

I greatly appreciated the hotel's closeness to the El Rey Archaeological Zone, just about a 15-minute walk away, which was a perfect blend of history and nature for my weekend strolls, and the Playa Delfines beach, roughly 1.5 km away, provided stunning ocean views that really made my mornings special during my stay.

It was just a great match for strolling around in Cancun with decent value for money. I loved the morning swims in the pool and enjoyed running on the scenic sidewalks nearby. Be sure to tip the staff. they really appreciate it and it enhances the service!
