We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the beach with breathtaking views. The beach itself was stunning, clean, and well-maintained. We loved lounging under the shade sails by the pools, it was so relaxing. The staff here were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. They always went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The room we stayed in was incredible, with an amazing ocean view and a balcony. The hotel also had great amenities like a spa, swimming pool, and a jacuzzi. We truly had a luxurious and comfortable experience here.

They even provided us with a detailed map and directions to ensure we had a fantastic experience. This personal touch made us feel valued and well taken care of. we had a great time at Solaris and would highly recommend it to others.

I had an amazing experience here. the location was top-notch with easy beach access and stunning views. The 24-hour room service made my stay extremely convenient and hassle-free, particularly since I had access to tour/ticket assistance, laundry services, and even a spa and wellness center which truly helped me relax completely. Lastly, the staff were exceptional offering great service with a smile, making me feel welcome and comfortable throughout the duration of my stay.

Our stay at Royal Solaris was perfect. We actually got upgraded to the GR caribe, which is next door and even nicer, plus we could use the facilities of both! Pools and beaches were amazing, drinks all the time, and 24-hour room service. Loved it for my birthday!

stayed at a great hotel in cancun over the weekend and Solaris really impressed me. The kids club was amazing, the drinks were decent, and the food options were plentiful and delicious. Highly recommend the brick oven pizza!

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, especially towards dietary preferences. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and drinks were all included in the price of the room.

As a vegetarian, I was pleased with the staff's knowledge and willingness to cater to my dietary needs. Even when there were no vegetarian options on the menu, they created fantastic meals for me upon request.
