Friendly and accommodating staff. During my stay at the Emerald Hotel - Sha Extra Plus, I encountered a situation where I needed a late check-out due to my flight being in the evening. The staff at the reception were understanding and allowed me to extend my stay without any additional charges. They even helped me book a taxi to the airport. The level of service provided by the staff was impressive and made my stay much more enjoyable. I'll recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a decent breakfast buffet with a variety of options to choose from. the location was great as it was near the train station and easy to go around the city by train. Plus, the room was spacious enough and had a good view of the city skyline.

The hotel needed some major refurbishing as there were signs of wear and tear like rusty shower frames and broken shower door gasket causing the water to leak. the air conditioning was noisy and uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep.

The hotel also had a spa centre, where I enjoyed a relaxing full body massage. my stay at this hotel was enjoyable and exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury and convenience.
