We stayed at a beautiful hotel in Stone Town for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. the staff at Kisiwa House were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. the hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from both the beach and the Freddie Mercury house. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area, making it easy to find dining options. the room was clean and comfortable, and the rooftop terrace offered amazing views.

During our stay, we were delighted by the charm and comfort of our boutique hotel. It was located just off the main street, down narrow streets filled with small shops, making it a perfect spot for exploring the center of the town. The room we had was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a mosquito net. The staff were reliable, welcoming, and attentive, providing us with excellent service. The breakfast served on the rooftop was delicious, and we enjoyed the stunning views of the city.

We did encounter a slight inconvenience with the number of stairs in the hotel.

As foreign tourists, we loved the incredible rooftop breakfast with stunning views of the town and ocean. The staff was genuinely amazing, always kind and willing to help. The inviting and beautiful eclectic seating areas provided a unique ambiance. The rooms were tastefully decorated and comfortable, making us feel like we were truly on vacation. We appreciated the personalized service, with the staff taking the time to learn our names and make us feel welcomed.

We had a great city break here! the breakfast was outstanding, with amazing homemade pastries and crepes that we loved! we really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel and the incredibly friendly staff. the location was key, as it was easy to walk to all the sights we wanted to see. Plus, the complementary beauty products and hairdryer in the room were a great touch!

We found the noise level in the hotel to be quite high. We could hear people walking around upstairs late at night and early in the morning.
