We loved the spacious cottages with their stunning view of the canyon. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were of excellent quality, including first-class wines. The beds were comfortable, and we were able to enjoy a cozy fire in the fireplace every evening. The huge terrace with a comfy sofa was perfect for relaxing. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing. The massage in the spa was top-notch, and the garden was beautifully maintained. We felt that we received great value for the money we paid.

I recently stayed at Neptune Lodge for a weekend getaway with my friends. The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, overlooking the beautiful canyon. The waiters provided excellent service, going above and beyond when my friend accidentally spilled her juice. They quickly and quietly cleaned the table and her clothes, even changing a chair for her. The rooms were spotlessly clean and offered gorgeous views. it was a charming and enjoyable experience with friendly staff, delicious food, and comfortable accommodations.

Situated on a beautiful cliff, Neptune Ngorongoro Luxury Lodge offers breathtaking views of the Ngorongoro Conservation area. Guests can enjoy a buffet dinner in nature, surrounded by the stunning scenery. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area and a window that provides a partial view of the crater. The staff is attentive and the breakfast is satisfying. the lodge offers facilities such as a pool and a small store for guests' convenience.

Some aspects of the lodge, such as the water quality and the limited entree choices for dinner, were not up to par.

We had a truly luxurious stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities were remarkable and exceeded our expectations. the outdoor swimming pool with beach umbrellas, sun terrace, and gardens area, were all well-maintained and provided amazing views. the special diet menus were personalized and catered to our dietary restrictions. the restaurant served exquisite dishes and in-room breakfast was timely and delicious. the private facilities were exclusive and added a touch of elegance to our stay. The service was impeccable, and we were pleased with the Spa & wellness centre, which offered an array of massage treatments. Cons: the only minor issue we encountered was the lack of WiFi in our room, which was only available in the lobby area.
