I recently stayed at Serena Safari Lodge for a few days and it was an incredible experience. The main attraction here is the stunning view. The lodge is located on the rim of the crater, providing breathtaking sunrise and sunset views. The design of both the public areas and the bedrooms is thoughtful and unique, with a pebble effect that adds to the ambiance. The staff were kind and professional throughout our stay, ensuring we had a comfortable and enjoyable time. Additionally, our tour guide, Kareem, provided us with an amazing and memorable game drive experience.

The design of the rooms and public areas is well-thought-out. The service, food quality, and variety are excellent. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our party, including two senior citizens with mobility issues. The lodge even arranged for us to have a special table on the ground floor to avoid climbing stairs. We appreciate the personal touch and adjustments made to ensure our comfort. The all-singing, all-dancing Serena birthday surprise during dinner made it a unique and memorable experience.

We were truly touched by the personal touches and surprises throughout our stay. it was a memorable and unique experience.

Unmissable location, luxury experience. The lodge is close to the descending path to the crater, offering incredible views. The tasteful blending of the lodge with the environment is impressive. The staff were friendly and lovely, providing exceptional customer service. The food was incredible and the rooms luxurious, with stunning views. The walking tour with Albert was fantastic. Highly recommend the restaurant staff member Iddy for making us feel at home.

The view over the crater was absolutely breathtaking, offering a romantic ambiance. the lodge itself had a beautiful and artistic design, combining African themes with modern touches. the rooms were spacious and clean, with stunning views from the balcony. the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist and even took photos for us. the food was delicious, with dinner being a delightful experience. Having breakfast and lunch provided in boxes was convenient for our romantic escape.

The bed was a bit hard, which could have been more comfortable. Although the hotel had a rustic African charm, it felt quite large and lacked the intimate and authentic atmosphere we were expecting for our romantic escape.
