As business guests, we really appreciated the helpful and welcoming staff, who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The warm towel and fresh juice reception was a nice touch. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a big bed and hot water, contrary to some reviews. The breakfast selection was varied and plentiful. The bar had a good selection of cocktails. Wifi was slightly weak in the room but reasonably fast in the lounge and bar. it was a quiet retreat and a perfect place to relax.

Lovely stay at this lodge! the rooms are spacious with a nice balcony and lots of privacy. the facilities are excellent and well-maintained. the staff is friendly and helpful. This hotel is a great choice if you want to be away from the busy city center. the garden setting adds to the peaceful atmosphere.

The location is a little far from the city center, so it may not be convenient for longer stays or if you want to explore the city extensively. Transfers from the airport can be quite pricey.

We had a wonderful stay at Planet Lodge in Arusha. It was the perfect stopover for us before our safari adventure. The hotel's landscaping was beautiful and the rainhead shower in our room was fantastic. Every staff member was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home, even remembering our names. The dinner we had for $16 was delicious and great value for money, and the breakfast was exceptional. Thank you to the staff for accommodating our needs and making our stay memorable.

We arrived after a long journey and were greeted warmly with refreshing drinks and towels. The lodges were beautifully furnished and had all the amenities we needed. The buffet breakfast had a great variety and my children loved the omelets. The staff went above and beyond for us, even recovering some lost belongings. I highly recommend Planet Lodge for a wonderful stay in Arusha.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely lodge after a long flight. Our room was comfortable with a large bed and basic toiletries provided. The universal charging was a convenient feature. Despite not having time to explore, the property had beautiful gardens and a swimming pool. The breakfast offered a good variety of basic items. The lodge also had a souvenir store. I highly recommend this hotel for a restful stay.
