We had a wonderful stay at Serena Hotel in Zanzibar. The location was perfect, with bustling streets just outside and a beautiful beach right behind the swimming pool. The breakfast was amazing, offering a variety of delicious dishes. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. Our room had a balcony with a stunning ocean view and was well-equipped with everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Stone Town.

Excellent location in Stone Town. Lovely sea-oriented layout. Upgraded room with large balcony and sunset views. AC worked perfectly. Outstanding reception staff. Staff very friendly. Nice conversations. Massage and breakfast buffet perfect. Good food at restaurant. Perfect location for venturing out. Nice view from swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Peaceful and relaxing room with great view. Wonderful watching dhows sail past breakfast room.

The food was good and the staff was friendly. the location was also convenient as it was close to the attractions we wanted to see. we enjoyed the rooftop bar with its stunning views of the city at night.

Our experience was marred by the noise level. Our room was located next to a busy street, and the loud music from the nearby bars kept us up until the early hours of the morning.
