The location in the jungle surrounded by nature was breathtaking. I felt completely immersed in the beauty of the surroundings. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, providing a luxurious atmosphere. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to make me feel at home. Their friendly and attentive service truly made my stay memorable.

The views are breathtaking, you can see three countries from the hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff was always available. The food was, in general, a good experience.

The resort activities seemed to be a little bit overpriced, and some people may think they are not worth it. There was an issue with mosquitoes, and that was a bit uncomfortable.

This hotel offers a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities. The service is outstanding and the spa centre has a sauna, steam room, and beauty treatments. The outdoor swimming pool has a shallow end with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The restaurant provides buffet breakfast, in-room breakfast, and special diet menus. The venue also has a picnic area, poolside snack bar, and bar/lounge area providing an all-inclusive package.

The only minor issue was that the location is quite remote, making it difficult to find alternative dining options outside of the hotel. However, the hotel does have BBQ facilities for guests to use.

The staff, food, activities, and accommodation were exceptional. The elephants were a highlight.
