The hotel provided a delicious breakfast, one of the best I've had at any hotel. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to downtown shopping in this charming city. The cleanliness and condition of all facilities were excellent. Additionally, the layout of the rooms was ideal, with a separate bedroom that allowed for a peaceful and uninterrupted sleep. There were also kitchen facilities and multiple TVs, providing added convenience.

The hotel had a great pool and hot tub, which my husband absolutely loved. the breakfast was also really good, with a good variety of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, as it was centrally located to everything we wanted to visit during our Christmas vacation.

First, the hotel allowed dogs, and one of them ended up peeing in the elevator. Unfortunately, I was the unlucky one who stepped in it.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Best Western. The lobby was bright and inviting, and the staff gave us a warm welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a deluxe suite. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of fresh fruit, pastries, and cooked food. We also enjoyed the clean pool and fitness room. we had a very comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located on Vancouver Island, close enough to go to Victoria for indoor activities and to the theater in Chemainus. The rooms are spotless and well decorated, with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and professional, offering quick help and information. The complimentary breakfast offers a wide variety of hot options and is the best I've ever encountered. The hotel has a pool, fitness room, and is located on a cleared field.

Some pieces of equipment in the fitness room are in bad shape.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and the front desk staff were extremely professional. The breakfast options were satisfying, with a variety of hot items available. The soap provided in the room had a refreshing citrus scent. a pleasant stay.

The facilities were in excellent condition, the room was great with a pleasant view, and the breakfast assortment was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, and health and safety measures were well-maintained. The hotel had convenient access to a nearby restaurant for evening meals.

The property was bright, clean and very updated. The TV was on the older side, but not a big issue. Accommodating staff, warm and friendly. Good breakfast starting at 7:00 AM. Convenient location. WiFi worked well. a great experience for families with children.

Enjoyed the free breakfast and the spotless room during my Thanksgiving stay. the complementary DVD rental was a nice touch and the location near local attractions was very convenient.

We traveled a great distance for a funeral and found a peaceful home away from home at Best Western. The staff made us feel welcome and were extremely helpful. The buffet breakfast exceeded our expectations with a wide assortment of options, including delicious Belgian waffles. The room was spacious and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in. We even had a balcony in our corner suite. The pool and hot tub were a great way to relax. We loved our stay.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the comfortable rooms and perfect location for the theatre. The full breakfast buffet with real dishes and glasses was a delightful surprise. The staff was friendly and helpful, even allowing us to store our tandem bike. the hotel exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it!

We found the rooms to be well-maintained and immaculate, making our stay truly comfortable. Additionally, the large beds were exceptionally cozy, providing us with a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the town. Moreover, the hotel's location was perfect for our needs, as it was conveniently situated near the dinner theatre we were attending. We were also delighted to discover that our room came with a microwave and fridge, allowing us to store and prepare our own snacks when desired. Lastly, the breakfast served at this hotel was exceptional, offering a variety of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, and it was included in the price of our stay.

All was more than satisfactory during our stay.
