Breakfast options limited, but relaxing beachfront ambiance.

The snorkeling was amazing right off the beach.

this place could've been nice, but my mattress was harder than concrete and the beach chairs were a rare find. astonishingly, no one bothered to remedy my comfort issues, even after waiting forever for service. i expected some kind of courtesy upgrade for my trouble but sadly, that was wishful thinking. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Sun beds and beach umbrellas are in poor condition, really needed to be replaced!!! Bathrooms in houses need improvement, and night lamps would be a nice touch!!!

wouild've liked to enjoy breakfast, but the limited options and lack of gluten-free items were disappointing. The bathroom also needed significant renovation. it felt gross after a long day. despite the lack of basic amenities, i certainly expected an upgrade after all my complaints, but no one seemed to care about my comfort. couldn't give a good review, sorry.

Our stay was fantastic! The superior villa provided us with breathtaking sunrises each morning. We enjoyed long days by the clean, spacious pool with spectacular sea views. Don’t miss the breakfast buffet—it offers great variety! For snorkeling, the nearby beach is perfect. Consider bringing your own beach umbrellas for extra shade!

my stay was truly enjoyable, with direct access to the beautiful sunrise beach for snorkeling and just a pleasant 20-minute walk to the bustling pattaya beach, where all the action is, making it perfect for my weekend strolls to discover local landmarks.

the beach and location were superb for snorkeling. construction noise was bothersome during our stay.

Staying in the sea front upstairs room was unreal, I mean the view was breathtaking. The beach was crystal clear, perfect for snorkeling and just lying around soaking up the sun.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for what you get.

this resort has a great beachfront location, the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the bungalows are spacious and well-kept. breakfast had a lot of options and the cocktails at the bar were good. loved the pool area, it’s really nice to chill out and relax.

the air conditioning units were super noisy and kind of ruined the vibe. Some of the furniture and sunbeds at the beach were old and needed replacing.

anda lipe resort is a wonderful place to relax right on the beach. the sea is crystal clear, perfect for snorkeling. it’s also just a short walk from the bustling walking street. the staff were friendly and professional, making our stay incredibly pleasant. the outdoor pool with ocean views was a great bonus!

Our stay was enjoyable, especially the stunning sunrise views from our room. The wood furnishings added a cozy touch, although the bathroom could use some upgrades. The limited breakfast menu was a downside, but the cocktails by the beach were delightful. Consider eating outside the resort for better value.

This resort was perfect for our family getaway! We loved kayaking around the island and enjoyed snorkeling right off the beach. The large pool was a hit with the kids, and it felt great to be just a short stroll from the vibrant walking street.

My wife says that a little more attention to cleaning would help make a difference.

While the beach amenities could use some upgrades, the vibrant atmosphere and surrounding beauty make it worthwhile.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free wi-fi, a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, and beach access. The staff once found my lost ID card, which made my first stay memorable. I highly recommend this resort! I'm coming back for another trip!
