We had a fantastic experience at Casa Maricela B&B in San Miguel. Maricela herself was a wonderful hostess, offering great suggestions for restaurants and attractions in the area. the rooms were spotlessly clean, and the staff was hardworking and attentive. We especially enjoyed the breakfasts, which were plentiful and satisfying. the rooftop terrace had the best view of the Parroquia church, both during the day and at night. the location was perfect, within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, and attractions in Centro. it was a very positive experience at this bed and breakfast.

The complimentary breakfast was decent with fresh pastries. the location was convenient and safe as it was near many shops and restaurants. It was easy to find our way around. Lastly, we enjoyed the complimentary wine and chocolate that was provided in our room.

Our stay was not enjoyable due to the strong cigarette smoke smell that permeated our room. This was incredibly unpleasant and made it difficult to sleep.

Great location, only a few minutes away from the main square. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out easy. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The rooftop terrace offered a beautiful view and was a great place to relax. The breakfast provided was delicious with a cook to order option. I enjoyed the communal breakfast area, where I got to meet and interact with other guests from around the world.

The walls were a bit thin, and I was sometimes woken up by noise from other guests coming in late at night. Additionally, the shower head in my room needed cleaning or changing as it sprayed water in an erratic manner due to hard water buildup.
