The room was spacious and clean, with everyday-refilled toiletries. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with our requests. The big bed was very comfortable.

The location was not ideal if you didn't have transportation, as it was quite a walk to the nearest public transportation stations. The elevator situation was also less than ideal, as there was only one elevator in the building and we had to share it with the cleaning staff.

I was upgraded to a huge suite with separate living room and bedroom. The location was excellent, close to the metro and pier, with a 7-11 and supermarket nearby. Although the pool was mostly shaded, it provided a welcomed relief from the heat. I had a great stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it!

The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area, close to many great stores and in a quiet neighborhood. It is also within walking distance to the blue metro line, which is perfect for exploring the main sights of the city. The rooms are nicely designed and clean, with comfortable beds and a safety deposit box. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The swimming pool on the ground floor is quite small.

This hotel is a great place to stay! It is conveniently located in a busy commercial area, making it easy to get around. The metro station is very near, which is helpful. The staff provided excellent service and accommodated my vegetarian food request with a smile. I enjoyed spending time in the leisure facilities such as the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace. The room amenities like air conditioning, terrace, and in-room safe, made my stay comfortable. The restaurant had a buffet breakfast with a variety of Thai dishes, which were really tasty.

As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed the convenient location of Asoke Residence Sukhumvit. It was close to restaurants, bars, malls, and public transportation. The hotel staff was polite and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The selection of breakfast was good, and the room had all the amenities I needed.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to the city and airport. Being able to explore Bangkok during the day and freshen up before our late-night flight was a big plus. The facilities onsite, such as the pool and gym, were great additions to our stay. We would gladly choose By Uhg again.

We loved the enormous rooms and the excellent location. The hotel is very close to the metro and train stations, making it convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast offered a great variety of options and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Good location for airport and city links, luggage service and shower available. Spacious family room with well-equipped kitchen and functioning air conditioning. Small but adequate gym and pool. Helpful staff. Lost item successfully retrieved and returned.

Our hotel was situated in central Bangkok with easy access to various transportation for only 35 Baht. We could even reach popular areas like Terminal 21 by foot. The neighborhood was bustling with coffee shops, stores, and salons. Our room was clean with comfortable beds and complimentary toiletries. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

We did experience occasional noise disturbances from children in neighboring rooms.

The gym was new with good equipment. Reasonable prices. Renovated bathroom. Great cafe downstairs.
