The location of the hotel was fantastic, being close enough to all the attractions but tucked away in a quiet area. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, always providing excellent service. the pools were a highlight, with three huge pools to choose from for a refreshing swim.

One downside was the constant playing of music by the pool throughout the day, which could be a bit loud and annoying when you wanted to relax. Additionally, there were some issues with the room, such as lack of amenities like bathrobes and slippers in the deluxe room.

We loved our stay here! This place is located in an excellent area near the busy Bangla Road and directly across the street from the beach. The staff from all members were very friendly and always tried their best to accede to our requests, especially Jump who provided us with amazing service throughout our holiday. Moreover, the room amenities were fantastic too, with an in-room safe and balcony, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV to keep us entertained. In addition, we had access to three different pools, a sauna, and a spa center - perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring!

This hotel is the perfect choice to enjoy an exotic vacation with family. Its location is unbeatable, just a minute walk from the beach, near the Jungcealon mall and a restaurant where a not very good but very loud band played. In addition, it's situated in the center of Patong Beach, which makes everything accessible. The room was clean, spacious, and with an exceptional bathroom. The service was outstanding, with welcoming staff and very helpful personnel. The breakfast offered a feast of various continental and asian styles. The pool was well maintained and clean, and the sauna and steam were also available.

The lobby and the hallways had poor air conditioning, making it uncomfortable to walk around during the hottest times of the day.

The staff were fantastic, always willing to help with a genuine smile. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. The breakfasts were delicious and we even received discounts. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and main strip.
