We had an amazing value for our money at Cabana Lipe Beach Resort. The room was modern and well presented, and the staff treated us with smiles and helpfulness throughout our stay. The location right on the beautiful beach was simply breathtaking.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by offering freshly toasted bread instead of pre-made toast, as it tended to get soggy quickly in the heat.

After a long journey, it was a delight to find Cabana Lipe Beach Resort right on the beach. We were warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink and quickly checked in by the friendly staff. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast served on our balcony at the time we requested. The variety of options and the prompt delivery made for a delightful start to each day.

Although there were a few stray dogs on the beach, the majority of them were friendly, and we didn't face any issues besides witnessing one unfortunate incident. The hotel's location by the local village added an authentic touch to our experience, with the men gathering on the beach in the evenings for smoking and socializing.

The Cabana Lipe Beach Resort is situated right on the most beautiful beach in Koh Lipe, offering a stunning view of the crystal-clear waters and white sandy shores. Additionally, it is conveniently located close to some great local restaurants on Sunrise Beach, making it easy to enjoy delicious meals with picturesque views.

The entrance from the street could be improved as it appears dark at night and a bit messy, which may give a less favorable first impression to guests.

The views from the room were stunning, with a perfect panorama of the ocean that allowed me to see the sunrise every morning. the room was spacious, with enough room to move around comfortably. the location was great, walking distance from the main street, yet far enough to enjoy a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

The breakfast was not always the best, with limited options that were sometimes not satisfactory. some parts of the room were not cleaned every day so there was occasionally some dust that I could see on the furniture.

The view from the balcony was sublime, perfect for watching the sunrise every morning. Breakfast delivered to the room was a great touch. Good beachfront location on a quieter beach, with a short walk to Walking Street. Courtesy pick-up and drop-off to the boat pier was convenient.
