Clean and spacious rooms with nice furnishings. Good location between two areas, convenient for getting around. Gas station nearby with shops. Bright and clear signage visible at night. No comment on breakfast. worth the money.

A home away from home, right next to the pool.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to move around. It was also really dark and quiet when it was time to sleep, which made for a great night's rest after exploring the city. the gardens were also a lovely touch, adding to the overall ambiance of the place.

The lack of toiletries was a bit of a letdown. While I enjoyed the large room and the parking was convenient, not having access to shower gel or shampoo seemed like a basic need that wasn't fulfilled.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the city center, around 5-6 km. However, it is surrounded by beautiful plants, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are nicely decorated in a northern Lanna style, giving a unique touch to the stay. The staff is friendly and the hotel has easy parking facilities.

There were building works beside the hotel, causing some noise disturbance in the mornings.

I stayed in the King Suite for almost 2 months and it was perfect. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The back patio was a great place to relax and do some birdwatching. The internet connection was always reliable. I was very satisfied with my stay here.

There was some building work going on near the pool, which could be a bit noisy at times. But despite that, I still enjoyed the lovely rooms and the pool.

Friendly staff, lanna style decoration, exceptional durian coffee, pretty gardens, spacious room.

Nothing not to like.
