We had an amazing experience at the resort. the room size was incredibly spacious and the balcony offered a breathtaking view of the surrounding rainforest. We were impressed with the variety and quality of the breakfast, especially since we were craving a western-style meal. the tea and coffee provided were excellent as well. the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were top-notch, and the proximity to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants made our stay even more enjoyable. the staff, particularly the lady at the counter for island trips and activities, was friendly and helpful.

Despite a small inconvenience during check-in, where we had to pay again due to a lack of card proof, the issue was quickly resolved and we were refunded. we had a wonderful experience at Chanalai Flora Resort and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kata Beach.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is not far from the beach and there are lots of convenient stores around. It is very easy to access the beach from there. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a nice view from the top of the building. The staff is very polite and friendly, always ready to assist. The swimming pool is well-maintained and offers comfortable chairs for relaxation.

There were some issues with the timing of room cleaning, which could be inconvenient for guests.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay for a relaxing getaway. The staff are friendly and accommodating, they went above and beyond for me. The hotel has everything you could want, from great service, car hire, and laundry service to an amazing pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. It is situated in an idyllic area with beautiful sun terraces and gardens. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, from an ironing board and hair dryer to a mini-bar and safe. I loved the balcony with its stunning view and comfortable sitting area, it was perfect for relaxing.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

The complementary breakfast was delicious, we especially enjoyed the freshly made pancakes. the location was great, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. the proximity to the beach was a wonderful advantage, as we could go for a morning dip in the ocean.

The air conditioning was not functioning properly, leading to a hot and uncomfortable night's sleep.

The room was spacious with great beds and pillows, ideal for a comfortable stay. The resort had a pleasant atmosphere and the staff were friendly and helpful. The wooden furniture added a nice touch to the room.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. the staff at Chanalai Flora Resort were incredibly polite and helpful, always wearing a smile. the pools were great, and we loved the view overlooking the pool area. the rooms were comfortable and cozy, with a modern and clean design. the breakfast was good enough, and the location of the resort was perfect - close to the beach and the village, with plenty of good restaurants around. we were very satisfied with our experience.
