We stayed at a hotel in the downtown area and it was a great choice for exploring the cultural sites of the city. the location was very convenient and we were able to visit all the attractions easily. After a long day of sightseeing, we enjoyed relaxing by the nice pool at the hotel. the staff were extremely helpful and there was always someone at the door, which made us feel safe. Our room was spacious, clean, and the bathroom was also very clean. the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. we highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Located in the heart of the city, this boutique hotel is tucked away in a narrow alley, just steps away from Phra Singh temple. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to assist. The breakfast spread is fantastic, and guests can enjoy the convenience of borrowing free bikes to explore the surrounding area.

Some rooms unfortunately do not have windows, which may be disappointing for those who enjoy natural light.

The stay at this place was amazing. The staffs were the highlight, always prompt and helpful. The room was extremely comfortable, with a huge bed and super comfy pillows. We especially loved the beautiful bathroom and bathtub. Being placed at the back of the building ensured that we didn't hear any street noise, which was perfect for our one-year-old. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance of a gorgeous temple and the Saturday/Sunday street market. this venue is a great choice for families.

The hotel is beautifully designed, with a nice location and easy access to bike rentals. The rooms are new and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a big TV. The staff is friendly and attentive, offering bikes for guests to explore the city. The hotel is spotless, with excellent housekeeping and reasonable prices.

The location was perfect, right by Phra Singh temple, with shops, restaurants, and massage places nearby. Ideal for friends who are going out at nights.

The pool at Cheeva Dee Hotel was just the right temperature for a refreshing swim. Though it didn't get much sun, it provided a serene space to relax with a drink from the hotel bar. The hotel itself was modern and clean with excellent interior design. The housekeeping team paid great attention to detail and the reception/front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. The restaurant/bar served delicious food and drinks, and even delivered our coffees to our room and drinks to the poolside. The hotel's quiet location in the middle of Chiang Mai Old Town was perfect. Plus, the bathroom and bathtub were beautiful, and our room at the back of the building ensured a peaceful night's sleep.

Some of the male staff had difficulty with English and couldn't provide recommendations. The breakfast food was bland and excessively oily.

The location was perfect, close to the main streets but still in a quiet alley. the room decor was superb, and the bathroom was one of the best I've seen in a hotel.

The hotel lacks character and was often too quiet, feeling more like an apartment than a hotel. the bar was closed for most of my stay and the staff left us to our own devices.
