We appreciate the hotel's excellent location, just a short walk to Nana station and close to lots of restaurants and bars. The spacious room and overall cleanliness make it a comfortable retreat amidst the lively surroundings.

The breakfast options could use some improvement in variety and freshness.

I encountered multiple issues during my stay. The water temperature and pressure in the shower were inconsistent, making it frustrating to regulate for a decent shower. Additionally, the towels provided had stains and were tattered, leading me to believe cleanliness is not a priority. When I raised these concerns to the staff, the lack of action only added to my disappointment.

The room was impressively large, giving us plenty of space to spread out. The housekeeping staff were genuinely helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. Plus, the gym was decent for a quick workout.

However, navigating the lighting was a bit tricky with so many switches, and the breakfast selection was pretty basic compared to what we've had at other hotels. We also found the pool a bit underwhelming. it felt more suited for kids than for adults looking to relax.

this hotel is awesome! the room was super spacious and comfy, way more than i expected. it’s like a 5 min walk to the bts, and there’s a 7-11 right there for snacks which is super handy. the staff were always smiling and helpful, made me feel welcome. even though it’s near nightlife, it was quiet inside, big thumbs up!

I enjoyed my time at this place. It was comfortable and the breakfast had a good variety of food. I loved the rooftop area for unwinding after a long day. After exploring, I appreciated the friendly staff who helped with taxi arrangements. I had a cozy room that allowed for peaceful sleep. Being from Europe, I felt at ease in this busy but interesting area.

Had a couple of amazing experiences here, like when I had breakfast every morning with this lovely server named Nuriya who always had a smile and great recommendations to share. The room was spacious, and the hot water pressure in the shower – unbelievable. Really turned my mornings around!

It wasn’t cheap, but for what you get, it feels acceptable.
