This place suits me perfectly with amenities like 24-hour reception, laundry, free wi-fi, and a rooftop pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me return my forgotten headphones. I highly recommend it for value and comfort. I’m coming back for Christmas!

the smell of damp in the hallways was absolutely horrendous, and the air conditioning was either freezing or off, how delightful, right? I was also shocked to find that my room wasn’t cleaned for two days, and, guess what? No one offered me a complimentary upgrade for my troubles! how generous of them.

Ask for a higher floor for reduced noise and a better view, as some rooms near the lifts can be quite busy.

the rooms seriously lack drawer space, a decent safe would be appreciated instead of a flimsy lockable drawer!!! the gym equipment feels quite outdated and requires urgent modernization!!! a self-service laundry facility would be a real game changer!!!

The location was prime, only a short walk from Orchard Road. The rooftop pool offered breathtaking views of the skyline, perfect for winding down after a long day. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience.

However, the shower in my room had lingering grime, and the air conditioning was a bit too cold for comfort. The minor maintenance issues were a bit disappointing given the price I paid.

ymca one orchard is so conveniently located right near orchard road and just a short walk to dhoby ghaut mrt station. the rooms are neat, and the rooftop swimming pool gives you amazing views of the city. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my stay even better.
