We had an excellent staying experience at this hotel. the room was spacious with a beautiful outside view of lush greenery. the housekeeping staff exceeded our expectations with their attentive service. In-room dining was a hit with our daughter, and the hospitality from all the staff, especially from Ms. Silpi, the Duty Manager, was exceptional. the hotel's significant location made it easy for us to visit nearby attractions, and the restaurant served delicious food.

The decorations in the hotel were charming and gave a warm feeling. the seating areas were comfortable for older folks like me to relax and enjoy the ambiance. the hotel had ramps and handrails throughout, making it easy for seniors to navigate around.

The children working there could be more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

I was impressed by the courteous staff and the convenient 24-hour room service, making our late-night returns hassle-free. Despite one restaurant being under renovation, we still enjoyed the variety offered for breakfast at the available restaurant and bar. the spa experience was divine, with well-trained therapists providing a serene atmosphere for relaxation.

the staff was courteous and breakfast exceptional with attentive service from Sudhakar and Kanchan. the bed was too soft for a good night's sleep. Housekeeping missed cleaning our room, but overall a decent stay with a beautiful view.

The stay was rejuvenating with a spa session by the outdoor swimming pool. the location by the lakes was serene. I'll DEFINITELY visit again! the spa was even better in person.

The database features are well maintained, clean, and hygienic. the room I stayed in was excellent with a cozy atmosphere and all the necessary amenities.
