From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The location of the hotel was excellent and I found it convenient to access public transport and explore the area. The room itself was great, although I did find the mattress to be a bit too hard for my liking. Rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds, with a pleasant view of the surroundings. The bathroom is spotless and has all the necessary amenities. The service is outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff willing to assist guests in a timely and professional manner. Breakfast is a feast, with an ample variety of fresh salads, fruits, and juices.

The hotel could improve on adding Western food options to its menu to cater to a broader range of guests.

As a party lover, staying at Flipper House in lively Soi 7 was spot on. The location was ideal, just minutes from the beach. The two rooftop pools, one with a swim-up bar, provided a refreshing retreat after a long day. The staff was friendly and the Deluxe Room I booked was very good. The breakfast had plenty of options and the egg station was a highlight. Despite being in a lively area, my room was surprisingly quiet at night. I highly recommend staying at Flipper House when visiting Pattaya.

This hotel is really great! it's located in a prime area with easy access to all tourist spots in the city center. Secondly, the rooms with a balcony are fantastic, equipped with air conditioning and complete basic amenities. Lastly, the breakfast included is amazing, especially the fried eggs!
