I stayed at a room with ocean view for a short trip. the location near Walking Street was convenient. the room was clean, fairly priced, and staff were helpful. the rooftop was a standout feature, and breakfast was nice. the ambiance was perfect for relaxing.

The hotel location was exactly what I needed for my trip. the staff response was poor, I could never reach them on the phone. the room was clean and a decent size, but no microwave and broken kettle. Price was cheap. the rooftop was awesome, but staff were lazy. I'm still waiting for my refund after 30 days. Would go back for the room and recommend. Cheers, Nicha from Thailand.

I absolutely adored the charming décor of the hotel, with its polished gray marble walls and cozy seating areas. It felt like a comforting hug, perfect for us seniors to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. the hotel's convenient location also made it easy for us to explore the nearby attractions with ease.

Would appreciate more dedicated assistance from the children working there, especially catering to the needs of senior guests.

The location of this hotel is perfect, just a few steps away from the vibrant nightlife area Walking Street. The famous Pattaya Beach is also just a 5-minute walk away. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the spaciousness of the rooms. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I enjoyed the included American breakfast with a variety of items. The room amenities, like the complimentary coffee/tea maker and comfortable bed, added to the overall satisfaction of my stay. I would definitely choose to stay at Grand Hotel again and recommend it to others. ?
